PERSONAL STYLING SERVICE

Our Personal Styling Service; our service isn’t all about appointments, this Christmas it can all be about Personalising a Style Box for someone special. Personal Styling gift boxes are handpicked and bespoke to your chosen recipients style preferences and “go to favourites”.

  • Step one: Contact the John Lewis Personal Styling Service.

  • Step two: A consultation over the phone, will generate a personalised profile for you to add your recipients style preferences, (and wish list) and discuss handpicking gifts across fashion and beauty.

  • Step Three: A personalised style box can be collected in store or delivered to you directly.

A gift receipt envelope will store all gift receipts, so the recipient of the gift can decide what they love and return what they don’t in store, or exchange!

*A style box can be anything you want it to be, it can be tailored for anyone, and it can include as many products as you wish for all types of budgets.* 

Returning your product if it’s unwanted: Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund. Returning Christmas presents: We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. You can return any gift you buy 21 October - 24 December up until 28 January if it’s unwanted or unsuitable. If you’re buying in store, please ask for a gift receipt so that the recipient can also return the present. We’re sorry that we can’t provide gift receipts for online orders. All other terms and conditions apply to exchanges and refunds. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
